Orthopedic Physical Therapy Evaluation
Dealing with a new or old injury that is holding you back from sports and physical activities? Schedule an evaluation to look at your posture, movement patterns, strength, flexibility, balance and functional mobility. We can figure out an exercise program that will help you recover and achieve your fitness goals.

Strength & Conditioning Programs
Whether your goal is to establish an exercise routine or resume exercise after injury, this option can be for you! If you decide to work with me, we will start with a 1:1 movement screen (~90 min) to discuss current functional status, goals and any physical limitations prior to starting your program. After this, we will work together to build an exercise routine that helps you reach your goals and maximize health and wellness.
